Silatecan (AR-67; DB 67) is a Camptothecin (HY-16560) analogue with improved stability and lipophilicity. Silatecan is an inhibitor for topoisomerase I, that inhibits the DNA replication and transcription, and exhibits antitumor and radiosensitizing activities[1]
