Undecylprodigiosin (hydrochloride)
Undecylprodigiosin hydrochloride, a member of the family of prodiginines, is a potent antibiotic. Undecylprodigiosin hydrochloride can selectively induce apoptosis in human breast carcinoma cells independent of p53. Undecylprodigiosin hydrochloride shows immunosuppressive, anticancer properties and antimicrobial activities[1].
