CK2 alpha/CSNK2A2, Human (sf9, His-GST)
CSNK2A2 is the catalytic subunit of the serine/threonine protein kinase complex. It regulates important processes such as cell cycle, apoptosis, and transcription, and affects viral infection. During mitosis, CSNK2A2 maintains CDK1 activity and induces cell cycle arrest. In addition, CSNK2A2 phosphorylates p53/TP53 and negatively regulates apoptosis. It widely affects cell signaling, phosphorylated caspases, the apoptotic factor NOL3, and RNA polymerase, among others. CSNK2A2 also regulates Wnt signaling and acts as a kinase for extracellular proteins. CK2 alpha/CSNK2A2 Protein, Human (sf9, His-GST) is the recombinant human-derived CK2 alpha/CSNK2A2 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His, N-GST labeled tag.
