MIND4
MIND4 is a neuroprotective thiozoline compound that inhibits the deacetylase SIRT2. MIND4 is also an inducer and activator of the nuclear factor NRF2. MIND4 can induce NRF2 activation in neurons and non-neuronal cells and reduce the production of reactive oxygen and nitrogen intermediates[1].
