GSK163929 (compound 122) is an orally active, anti-HIV CCR5 antagonist with low inhibitory potency against hEGR. GSK163929 had no adverse effects in rats at 2000 mg/kg/day (i.v., 7 d) and in dogs at 250 mg/kg/day (i.v., 7 d) [1].
