Fosciclopirox (CPX-POM) suppresses growth of urothelial cancer by targeting the γ-secretase complex. Fosciclopirox selectively delivers the active metabolite, Ciclopirox (CPX), to the entire urinary tract. Ciclopirox has anticancer activity in a number of solid and hematologic malignancies[1][2].
