AZ-191
AZ-191 is a potent and selective DYRK1B (dual-specificity tyrosine phosphorylation-regulated kinase 1B) inhibitor (IC50 = 17 nM). AZ-191 selectively inhibits DYRK1B in vitro and in cells. DYRK1B is amplified in certain cancers and may be an oncogene.
