These antibodies may be used in <br><br>Immunohistochemistry on zinc-formaldehyde fixed, paraffin-embedded mouse testes to localize sp56 on mouse sperm and in immunoblots or ELISA to detect sp56.

Specificity

These antibodies specifically recognize mouse sperm protein sp56. They will react with native or denatured, non-reduced sp56 but not with denatured, reduced sp56. These antibodies do not cross-react with human sperm. Relative antibody titers for antibody binding to solid phase sp56: 55101 = 66pM, 55102 = 4nM, 55103 = 29nM, 55104 = 70nM
