It enhances local and systemic type 2 helper T cell responses through its IL17RA and IL17RB receptors and activates the JAK2-STAT5A pathway. IL-25/IL-17E Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived IL-25/IL-17E protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.
