Thr-Leu
Thr-Leu is a dipeptide composed of threonine and leucine. Thr-Leu can be hydrolyzed in the peritoneal cavity to generate constituent amino acids, thereby increasing the osmotic pressure of the dialysate. Thr-Leu can be used for the kinetic study of amino acid-based peritoneal dialysis fluids[1].
