Anti-SN38 Mouse mAb

SN38 is the active metabolite of the chemotherapy drug irinotecan (Camptosar). It is a topoisomerase I inhibitor, prevents the enzyme from properly resealing the DNA strands after they have been unwound, which leads to the accumulation of DNA damage.
