Daphnegiravone D (compound 70) is an HDAC6 inhibitor with anti-hepatocellular carcinoma activity. Daphnegiravone D can induce apoptosis and selectively inhibit the proliferation of liver cancer cells through the p38 and JNK MAPK pathways[1].
