Trimidox (hydrochloride)

Trimidox hydrochloride (VF-233) is a ribonucleotide reductase inhibitor with antileukemic activities. Trimidox hydrochloride inhibits the growth of human promyelocytic leukemia HL-60 cells with an IC50 of 35 μM[1].
