Izeltabart Tapatansine (IMGC-936) is a humanized, medetomine-based ADC produced in CHO cells that targets ADAM9-expressing cancers. It demonstrates cytotoxic activity against ADAM9-positive human tumor cell lines in vitro and has shown antitumor efficacy in relevant in vivo xenograft models for oncology research.
