Erlizumab Antibody
Erlizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting CD18 (Integrin β2) and is produced in CHO cells. It features a human IgG1 heavy chain and κ light chain, with a predicted molecular weight of 145 kDa. This reagent is used in research to study leukocyte adhesion and inflammation in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
