Dilute HRP-conjugates in this buffer as recommended in the protocol by the manufacturer of these products. The diluted products (Streptavidin conjugated with HRP) can be stored at 2-8oC for up to 18 months in this buffer. This buffer can also be used as a negative control in immunoassays.
