AQ148 is a HIV-1 protease inhibitor (Ki=137 nM) . The IC50 values of AQ148 for the inhibition of HIV-1, HIV-2 and SIV aspartic proteases are 1.5 μM, 3.4 μM and 5 μM, respectively[1].
