CSNK2-IN-2 (compound 2) is an orally active CSNK2 inhibitor. CSNK2-IN-2 has an IC50 of 29 μM against CLK11. CSNK2-IN-2 has a half-life of 2.5 h and an AUC of 10,100 h x nM. CSNK2-IN-2 can be used in antiviral studies[1].
