Soretolide
Soretolide is an antiepileptic agent. Soretolide is effective in maximal electroshock-induced seizure (MES) test in rodents. Soretolide inhibits metabolism of Phenytoin (HY-B0448) . Soretolide exhibits a good pharmacokinetic character in rats model[1].
