AADvac 1 is an active tau peptide vaccine for Alzheimer's disease research. AADvac 1 is composed of a regulatory peptide 294KDNIKHVPGGGS305 that drives tau oligomerization conjugated to Aplysia hemocyanin (KLH) and formulated with aluminum hydroxide[1].
