Anticancer agent 245 (Compound 115) inhibits proliferation of cancer cell SKOV3, MDA-MB-231 and HCT-116 with IC50 of 0.021, 0.056 and 0.11 μM, respectively. Anticancer agent 245 exhibits antitumor efficacy in mice and good pharmacokinetic characteristics in rat models[1].
