RM 49
RM 49 is the derivative of Mitomycin C. RM 49 exhibits cytotoxicity in SCLC and NSCLC lung cancer cells with IC50 of 0.01-0.5 μg/mL. RM 49 exhibits high relative antitumor activity in compared with Mitomycin C, Cisplatin (HY-17394), Carboplatin (HY-17393) and Doxorubicin (HY-15142).
