Chk1, Mouse (sf9, His-GST)
Chk1 is a serine/threonine protein kinase that critically coordinates checkpoint-mediated cell cycle arrest and DNA repair in response to DNA damage or unreplicated DNA. It negatively regulates unperturbed cell cycle progression and protects genome integrity by phosphorylating key targets such as CDC25A, CDC25B, CDC25C, RAD51, TP53, histone H3.1, RB1, SPRTN, TLK1 and FANCE. Chk1 Protein, Mouse (sf9, His-GST) is the recombinant mouse-derived Chk1 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His, N-GST labeled tag.
