Nek2/Hec1 inhibitor
Nek2/Hec1 inhibitor targets the Hec1/Nek2 pathway and causes chromosome mis-alignment as well as cell death. The IC₅₀ for cytotoxicity in MDA-MB231, MDA-MB468, HeLa and K562 cell lines is 1.1 μM, 3.4 μM,1.6 μM and 1.2 μM respectively.
