This rat IgG2b monoclonal antibody specifically blocks mouse CD32 and CD16 (Fcγ receptors) . It is widely used in immunology research to inhibit Fc-mediated binding and effector functions, facilitating studies of antibody-dependent mechanisms both in vitro and in vivo.
