Ivuxolimab Antibody
Ivuxolimab is a human IgG2 monoclonal agonist antibody targeting OX40 (CD134) . It enhances T cell proliferation, survival, and cytokine production while inhibiting Treg function, thereby potentiating anti-tumor immunity. Its application in research includes in vitro T cell assays and in vivo studies for cancers such as melanoma and hepatocellular carcinoma.
