Tanezumab Antibody
Tanezumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that alleviates pain by selectively targeting nerve growth factor (NGF) . It blocks NGF's interaction with its TrkA and p75 receptors, inhibiting pain signal transduction. This mechanism has been investigated in preclinical models and clinical trials for conditions like osteoarthritis and chronic neuropathic pain.
