Aldafermin Antibody
Aldafermin (NGM282) is an engineered analog of fibroblast growth factor 19 (FGF19) used in research for nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) . It is applied in both in vitro and in vivo studies to investigate mechanisms of bile acid regulation, hepatic steatosis, and fibrosis associated with metabolic liver disease.
