Briquilimab Antibody

Briquilimab (JSP-191) is a humanized anti-KIT (CD117) monoclonal antibody that blocks SCF binding, inhibiting KIT signaling and inducing mast cell apoptosis via the Bim pathway. This mechanism supports its research application in mast cell-driven diseases like chronic urticaria and asthma, with studies conducted in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
