Interleukin-24 (IL-24) belongs to the IL10 family of cytokines that selectively induces apoptosis in cancer cells and is recognized during melanoma cell differentiation. IL-24 overexpression increases the expression of GADD family genes and induces cell apoptosis. IL-24 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived IL-24 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-10*His labeled tag.
