Lesabelimab Antibody
Lesabelimab (LDP) is a human IgG1κ monoclonal antibody targeting the CD274 (PD-L1) immune checkpoint protein. By blocking PD-L1's interaction with PD-1, it reactivates T-cell-mediated antitumor immunity, supporting its use in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo oncology research models.
