Litifilimab Antibody
Litifilimab (BIIB059) is a humanized monoclonal antibody that binds to BDCA2 (CLEC4C), a receptor on plasmacytoid dendritic cells. It is being investigated for the treatment of cutaneous lupus erythematosus, with research applications in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo preclinical models of autoimmune disease.
