Rocatinlimab (AMG 451/KHK4083) is a fully human, non-fucosylated anti-OX40 monoclonal antibody of the IgG1 subclass. It is a research tool for investigating atopic dermatitis, with studies exploring its mechanism in modulating T-cell function in both in vitro assays and in vivo models.
