Mouse CTLA-4 Antibody
The B1F1 anti-mouse CTLA-4 monoclonal antibody (IgG2b) blocks the CTLA-4/B7 interaction to enhance T cell activation. It is widely applied in immuno-oncology research, including in vivo and in vitro studies for colon cancer and melanoma, where it modulates CD8+ T cell and regulatory T cell dynamics.
