Rosopatamab is a humanized anti-PSMA monoclonal antibody used in prostate cancer research. When conjugated to radionuclides like 177Lu via DOTA, it enables targeted radioligand therapy. Preclinical in vivo studies show its combination with DNA-PK inhibitors can enhance therapeutic efficacy in mouse models.
