CSEN, Human (His)
CSEN is a calcium-dependent transcriptional repressor that binds to the DRE elements of genes such as PDYN and FOS. Its affinity to DNA is affected by calcium. The binding force is reduced in the presence of calcium and enhanced when combined with magnesium. CSEN Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived CSEN protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His labeled tag.
