InhA-IN-8 (compound 6c) is an orally active inhibitor of Mycobacterium tuberculosis InhA (enoyl ACP reductase) . InhA-IN-8 has good inhibitory activity against Mtb UalRv (MIC = 0.5-1 μg/mL) . InhA-IN-8 can be used in research on acute tuberculosis model mice[1].
