Fluorescein hydrazide
Fluorescein hydrazide is a sensitive fluorescent probe for Hg2+ and Co2+ that induces obvious color changes and fluorescence changes. Fluorescein hydrazide can be prepared by the reaction of fluorescein and hydrazine. Fluorescein hydrazide exhibits an excitation wavelength of 508 nM and an emission wavelength of 531 nM[1][2][3].
