S-MGB-234 (TFA)
S-MGB-234 TFA is a minor groove binder used for African Animal Trypanosomiasis (AAT) . S-MGB-234 exhibits excellent in vitro activity against the primary pathogens of AAT: Trypanosoma congolense and Trypanosoma vivax. S-MGB-234 TFA does not show cross-resistance with current diamidine active molecules and is not internalized via the transporters used by diamidines[1].
