AKR1C3-IN-11 (Compound 6e) is a Aldo-keto reductase 1C3 (AKR1C3) inhibitor with an IC50 of 2.0 μM. AKR1C3-IN-11 inhibit cell proliferation in combination with abiraterone. AKR1C3-IN-11 can be used for the research of prostate cancer[1].
