CheKine™ Micro Acetylcholinesterase (AchE) Activity Assay Kit
CheKine™ Acetylcholinesterase (AchE) Activity Colorimetric Assay Kitis designed for Acetylcholinesterase (AchE) Activity detecting in the sample.
Product Specifications
Background
Acetylcholinesterase (AchE), a serine hydrolase, exists widely in various animal tissues and serum. AchE catalyzes the hydrolysis of acetylcholine (Ach) and plays an important role in nerve conduction regulation.

Applications Notes
CheKine™ Micro Acetylcholinesterase (AchE) Activity Assay Kit provides a convenient tool for detection of Acetylcholinesterase (AchE) Activity. The mechanism is as follows: AchE catalyzes the hydrolysis of Ach to generate choline, which reacts with DTNB to generate 5-sulfhydryl nitrobenzoic acid (TNB) . TNB had absorption peak at 412 nm, and the activity of AchE was calculated by measuring the increase rate of absorbance at 412 nm.
