Amino acids are mainly metabolized through liver, kidney of animals, so the changes of amino acids in urine can reflect the physiological state of liver and kidney. The amino acid content in plants is important to study the changes of nitrogen metabolism, nitrogen absorption, transportation, assimilation and nutrient status of plants under different conditions and at different growth and development stages

The kit provides a simple method for detecting FC concentration in a variety of biological samples such as serum, plasma, tissues, cells, and bacteria.

• Do not mix or substitute reagents or materials from other kit lots or different vendors, or it may cause abnormal result.•Avoid foaming or bubbles when mixing or reconstituting components.• To avoid cross-contamination, change pipette tips between additions of each standard level, between sample additions, and between reagent additions. Also, use separate reservoirs for each reagent.•Ensure all reagents and solutions are at the appropriate temperature before starting the assay.
