• 96 Well Clear Flat Bottom Microplate is needed. • Do not mix or substitute reagents or materials from other kit lots or vendors. • The sample preparation must be done on ice to prevent the enzyme inactivation, and the enzyme activity should be determined on the same day. avoid repeated freeze-thaw. • Ensure all reagents and equipment are at the appropriate temperature before starting the assay. • The test tube used in the determination is strictly phosphorus-free.
