VSV-G-tag Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
VSV-G, a vesicular stomatitis virus G (VSV-G) protein fragment. VSV-G protein is commonly used in biomedical research to pseudotype retroviral and lentiviral vectors, conveying the ability to transduce a broad range of mammalian cell types with genes of interest. The VSV-G protein has also been used in cytological studies of trafficking in the endomembrane system. This antibody recognizes the VSV-g-tag fused to either the amino- or carboxy-terminus of targeted proteins.
