HuR degrader 2 (Compound 3) is a molecule glue, which targets RNA-binding protein Hu antigen R (HuR) and degrades 30% HuR at 0.1 μM. HuR degrader 2 inhibits the proliferation of cancer cell Colo-205, with IC50≤200 nM. HuR degrader 2 exhibits a high affinity with cereblon, with an HTRF ratio [1].
