FXIIa-IN-4 (compound 22) is a potent, selective human FXIIa inhibitor with the IC50 of 0.032 μM, 0.30 μM, > 50 μM for FXIIa, thrombin and FXIa, respectively. FXIIa-IN-4 can be used for study of anticoagulant[1].
