This assay kit is used to measure the concentrations of human Erythropoietin (EPO) by employing a standard sandwich-ELISA format. The microplate in the kit has been pre-coated with Anti- EPO Antibody. First add the standard samples provided in kit and your samples to the plate, next add detection antibody Biotin-Anti-EPO Antibody to the plate, incubate and wash the wells. After wash add HRP-Streptavidin to the plate, incubate and wash the wells. Lastly load the substrate into the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of EPO bound. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow, and the intensity of the color is measured at 450nm and 630nm.
