Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 S-trimer Protein is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Cys15-Gln1208 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. T19R, K77R, G142D, Δ156-157/R158G, A222V, L452R, T478K, D614G, P681R, D950N, RRAR to GSAS, K986P,V987P mutations were identified in the SARS-CoV-2 variant (known as B.1.617.2 lineage) which emerged in the India.
