Lifastuzumab is a humanized anti-NaPi2b IgG1 monoclonal antibody. Lifastuzumab can be coupled with monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) through ADC Linker to form an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) Lifastuzumab vedotin (HY-P99705) with anticancer activity.
