Plant Tissue Direct PCR Kit (With Dye) can directly amplify different types of plant leaves by PCR, with wide adaptability and strong stability. This direct PCR kit consists of three components, buffer P1, buffer P2 and 2x plant master mix. Among of them, 2x plant master mix is a premix solution containing hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, dNTP mix, MgCl2, reaction buffer, PCR reaction enhancer, optimizer and stabilizer, etc. Moreover, this plant master mix also includes electrophoresis loading buffer, which can be directly used in electrophoresis after PCR.
